GRM AutoTech Ltd provides mobile vehicle repair, maintenance, diagnostics, coding, and installation services. Unless otherwise agreed, all services are carried out at the customer’s location.

2. Bookings and Appointments

Appointments must be agreed in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances including weather conditions, traffic delays, supplier delays, or safety concerns.

3. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash and bank transfer.

4. Parts and Special Orders

Where vehicle parts, components, or special-order items are required, full or partial payment may be requested in advance before the order is placed. Ordered parts are non-refundable unless faulty or supplied incorrectly.

5. Diagnostics

Diagnostic services are based on the symptoms and information available at the time of inspection. Additional faults may be identified during or after repairs. GRM AutoTech Ltd cannot guarantee that all faults will be identified in a single diagnostic session.

6. Cancellations

Customers must provide reasonable notice for cancellations. We reserve the right to charge cancellation fees for late cancellations, missed appointments, or failure to provide vehicle access.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and suitable access to the vehicle and providing an appropriate working environment for the service to be carried out safely.

8. Customer-Supplied Parts

We do not provide warranty or guarantee for customer-supplied or used parts and cannot guarantee compatibility, reliability, or performance.

9. Warranty

Any new parts installed may carry a manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Labour warranty may be provided at our discretion depending on the service performed.

10. Limitation of Liability

While we take every reasonable care during our work, GRM AutoTech Ltd shall not be liable for:
- pre-existing faults or hidden defects,
- failures caused by worn or damaged components,
- indirect or consequential losses,
- loss of vehicle use,
- additional repair costs arising outside our control.
